The first thing Investors need to do is get Data into their Sift account. You can pull your motivated seller lists directly from inside your DataSift account with SiftMap for FREE. You can also upload your lists from external sources like your Courthouse records or lists from other providers.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 7 day trial when you sign up for one of our monthly plans. During the trial, you will have full access to your plan and all its features. We’ll also send out an email each day with helpful tips and tricks to get you started.

Can I use REISift to manage my Vacant Land, Commercial, Mobile home park or Self Storage Deals?

Yes! You can manage any prospect with an address. Our Founder and CEO Tyler Austin also works with these property types and manages ALL of his prospects in REISift. No street address for vacant land? No worries. Upload using the APN/Parcel ID as street address.

Is REISift just a List Stacker?

Absolutely not! REISift is a comprehensive data management and CRM platform. While list stacking is one of our powerful features to gauge a prospect's motivation, we offer much more. REISift helps you manage your data efficiently by separating clean from incomplete data, saving you money on skip tracing with auto-tagging and tracking, and offering extensive filter options to build effective marketing campaigns. Our Tasks, SiftLine, and Sequences (automations) features keep your team aligned and allow you to create custom workflows. And yes, we provide FREE data as well!

Does REISift provide Data?

Yes! FREE Data is included with your REISift Subscription. The amount of free records you can request varies per plan. We offer both general data such as equity, absentee, and years owned, as well as niche data like pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, tax lien. See more information about our data here.

Will I still need Podio or an outside CRM?

Nope! With REISift, there's no need for a separate CRM. You can manage all your prospects and leads within our platform. We offer task management and our SiftLine and Sequences features allow you to create custom workflows based on your business needs.
With SiftLine you can create kanban style project boards to manage your leads, closings, return mail processes, deep prospecting, flips, and more.
Sequences, our automation feature, lets you set up automations to assign follow-up tasks when a record becomes a new lead, add records to a SiftLine board, and much more!

How accurate is your vacancy check?

Extremely accurate. Our vacancy status is based on USPS records. We check occupancy status every time you upload records and run monthly vacancy checks for all records, both property and mailing addresses. You can easily track newly vacant properties directly from your REISift dashboard.

Do you offer skip tracing?

Yes! Our real estate skip tracing technology is designed to save you money. If a property owner has multiple properties, we’ll only charge for skip tracing that owner once, and we’ll populate the results across all their properties, even if you didn’t select those records. If we’re unable to find results, we’ll refund the amount back to your credits. Our data management features allow you to track which records have results, even if you skip trace outside of REISift, so you don’t end up paying to skip trace the same records multiple times. What if I already skip traced a bunch of data?

No problem! REISift will automatically tag and update the skip tracing status for these records based on the information you provide when uploading. This allows you to easily see which records have been skip traced and which ones didn’t return results so you can reskip if needed! 

Do I need a separate Dialer?

Yes we do not have a built in dialer at this time because we want you to be able to choose which dialer and SMS app that best fits your needs. Keeping your CRM separate from your SMS app also ensures that you maintain access to all your records and can continue marketing to contacts if any issues arise with your A2P 10DLC approval or registration.
We directly integrate with the leading dialers and SMS apps, including Aircall, Calltools, Launch Control, Readymode, smrtPhone, smrtDialer, and Smarter Contact. We also have Click-to-Call capabilities. View more about our integrations here
