The REISIFT team want to just hop on here and thank you for the release of SIFTMAP. The not having to go back and forth between PropStream or PropWire and any of these other platforms, just to get basic info is a huge advantage. Saving me an extra couple hundred bucks a month, and that way I can put it towards more direct mail in the system, as well as obviously saving a bunch of hours every week and just focused on revenue generating stuff.
The first thing Investors need to do is get Data into their Sift account. You can pull your motivated seller lists directly from inside your DataSift account with SiftMap for FREE. You can also upload your lists from external sources like your Courthouse records or lists from other providers.
Once your data is inside DataSift, now you can start hunting for deals.

Once your lists are uploaded into DataSift, the next thing you will do is Skiptrace the records. From there your motivated Seller lists are ready for Marketing, Inside DataSift you can call, text, leave voicemails, and send direct mail. All Marketing Campaigns and responses can be tracked, organised and passed to other team members through tasks, appointments, and automations.

Extremely accurate. Our vacancy status is based on USPS records. We check occupancy status every time you upload records and run monthly vacancy checks for all records, both property and mailing addresses. You can easily track newly vacant properties directly from your REISift dashboard.
Yes! Our real estate skip tracing technology is designed to save you money. If a property owner has multiple properties, we’ll only charge for skip tracing that owner once, and we’ll populate the results across all their properties, even if you didn’t select those records. If we’re unable to find results, we’ll refund the amount back to your credits. Our data management features allow you to track which records have results, even if you skip trace outside of REISift, so you don’t end up paying to skip trace the same records multiple times. No problem! REISift will automatically tag and update the skip tracing status for these records based on the information you provide when uploading. This allows you to easily see which records have been skip traced and which ones didn’t return results so you can reskip if needed!
Yes we do not have a built in dialer at this time because we want you to be able to choose which dialer and SMS app that best fits your needs. Keeping your CRM separate from your SMS app also ensures that you maintain access to all your records and can continue marketing to contacts if any issues arise with your A2P 10DLC approval or registration.
We directly integrate with the leading dialers and SMS apps, including Aircall, Calltools, Launch Control, Readymode, smrtPhone, smrtDialer, and Smarter Contact. We also have Click-to-Call capabilities. View more about our integrations here.
